The object represented in this picture is a raisin. Raisins are examples of a dry fruit with seeds. Raisins are grapes that have dried up and become all wrinkley. These dry fruits are a good source of fiber.

  1. This is actually a fleshy fruit with seeds because it's really a grape. Dry fruits include nuts.
